Infused Water

Combine all ingredients to 1.89 litres (2 quarts) fresh water, and refrigerate approximately 6 – 9 hours, testing once every couple of hours for flavour strength. Strain before serving.

Add an optional splash of carbonated water into glass and top up with infused water.

Rosemary Ginger: 3 fresh rosemary sprigs, 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger

Pineapple Mint: 1/4 cup fresh pineapple 3 mint sprigs

Tangerine Thyme: 2 sliced tangerines 3 thyme sprigs   

Orange Cardamom: 1/2 navel orange, 4 cardamom pods

Create your own flavour combinations with peeled/sliced cucumbers, sliced limes, lemons, raspberries, blackberries, sage, pears, strawberries, lemon balm, cinnamon stick,  etc.
